We make safety a top priority as we believe that safe work practice coincides with quality workmanship.  All of our members participate in health and safety programs and we follow policies and procedures that have been set forth by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). We create job specific safety plans to ensure a secure and hazard free work environment for all of our employees.

We are a full-service contractor, specializing in most types of residential and commercial roofing. We install the latest styles of fiberglass shingles ranging from the standard 25-year three tab, to the heavyweight architectural and designer shingles, – some of which have a lifetime warranty, along with wood shake roofs, flat roofs, and in some cases slate and tile. We also install Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and hot asphalt built up systems on commercial and industrial buildings.  

At PEAK PERFORMANCE we have a full staff service department, for those who need repair and maintenance work.

We use the following manufacturers in order to ensure the highest quality products: Certainteed, Tamko Roofing Products, Owens Corning, GAF Materials Corporation, Firestone, and Johns Manville.

Dick Adams

Lifetime St. Louis resident, Dick brings over 30 years experience in the roofing industry as a commercial flat roofing project manager. Dick currently manages our commercial and residential flat roofing department. Dick has as much, if not more, experience in the built up roofing industry as anyone
in the St. Louis area.

Richard Adams

Richard Adams Richard was born and raised in St. Louis and is the third generation in his family's long history in the roofing industry. Richard is well known for his personable service, product knowledge and attention to detail.

Richard is a residential roof sales associate. He has a total of 12 years experience, starting with application and installations. He has been in sales with PEAK PERFORMANCE since 1999. He has achieved his certification through GAF. Materials Corp. as well as his Master Shingle Applicator certification with Certain Teed.

we believe in being a responsible and environmentally friendly company.  Therefore, we recycle all of our asphalt-based roofing debris. The recycled asphalt is then used in creating new roads.
