"We are very pleased with the service we received from Peak Performance Roofing. After receiving 4 bids we chose Peak Performance because of the expertise advise we received from Rich Adams and his crew. He took pictures of our existing roof problems to show us, educated us on quality roofing materials his company uses and was a phone call away when we had any questions or concerns. Rich walked the neighborhood with me as I pointed out what I didn’t want to happen to my roof. He spent an hour explaining and showing samples of all the materials that were going to be used in the process. He gave us a folder with all the information and material samples for our perusal. The proposal was detailed in writing and the terms of the contract spelled out completely that we felt confident in trusting this company to do the work. The crew did a superb job laying it down and cleaning up. We had a friend in the rehab business inspect the job when he was painting our chimney top. He was highly impressed. Peak Performance sent enough men to complete the job in one day which impressed the neighbors as well as us. We felt like family when it was completed. We trusted Rich with picking the roof color and love it. In fact we were so impressed we had them install a roof on our aunt’s house in Webster Groves. Again Rich picked the roof shingle and color and we were extremely satisfied for the second time. Our comment to Rich and crew is this: Hope you are around in 25-30 years for the next job!"
